Role: Manager -Sourcing (Imports)
Professional Experience
Should have 12 to 15 years of experience in Imports souring in reputed companies / MNCs.
Domain Expertise in the following.
Supplier Onboarding with due diligence and evaluation
RFQ and Negotiations skills
Global Sourcing Experience Preferred.
Cost management
On time Delivery
Customs regulations process.
Compliance requirements in sourcing.
Vendor development process.
Experience of Inventory, procurement and subcontracting audits handling is preferred.
Education
Should be a Graduate mechanical Engineer with Post graduate degree / Diploma in Materials Management.
Soft Skills
Excellent communicator in spoken and written English.
Documentation and records maintenance.
Data analysis and decision making.
SAP Expertise
Complete knowledge of MM modules in sourcing.
Exposure to SAP HANA is preferred
Personality
Good communicator
Fluent in written, spoken, communications in local and English language.
Solution providing approach with objectivity in mind.
Should motivate and develop team members
Good in giving feedback.
Experienced in people management.
