Job Summary
The Manager-Solutions & BD role involves driving business development initiatives and managing solution strategies within HR domains across the United States and India. This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in HR project management and enterprise app solutions. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on day shifts and will not require travel.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in HR domains across the United States and India demonstrating a deep understanding of regional HR practices.
