Manager Solutions Architecture

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect / Solutions Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. This individual will play a key role in designing, deploying, and optimizing Hyperverge solutions for enterprise clients, primarily in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.

The ideal candidate will bring together strong technical acumen, client-facing communication skills, and team leadership experience to drive successful solution delivery and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation: Understand client requirements and design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions using Hyperverge products and APIs.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with BFSI clients to identify business challenges and translate them into technical solutions with tangible ROI and revenue impact.

Technical Leadership: Guide teams on integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of solutions; ensure high-quality technical delivery standards.

People Management: Manage and mentor a team, including performance reviews, settling KRAs and career growth

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align client feedback with product roadmaps.

Business Impact Ownership: Demonstrate clear understanding of how solution performance affects client revenue and business KPIs.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies, APIs, and architecture best practices to enhance Hyperverge's solution frameworks.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering / pre-sales / solution architecture roles, with at least 2 years of people management experience.

Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of BFSI clients, workflows, and technology ecosystem.

Technical Skills:

o Hands-on understanding of APIs, SDK integrations, and cloud platforms.

o Ability to read and write basic code (Python / Java / JavaScript preferred).

o Experience in system design, troubleshooting, and client-side deployment.

Business Acumen: Proven ability to link technical delivery to business or revenue outcomes.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
