Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
As Agile Coach:
- Contribute to continuous improvement of agile methodologies and mindset in the whole SW Development organization.
- Decide and tailor agile frameworks for the teams (Scrum, Kanban, SaFe, LeSS etc), while considering relevant business and development processes at Infineon
- Coach the whole SW Development organization in agile culture and development
- Be an active part of the SW Excellence agile community to exchange and improve competence
- Cooperate with the DevOps team of the SW Excellence to improve the development environment
- Exchange and contribute to other IFX agile communities
As Agile Team Coach
- organize and moderate all agile ceremonies, help to eliminate impediments, continuously work on improving development and support the team to reach the team commitment, while considering relevant business and development processes at Infineon
- Enable teams to continuously inspect and adapt by appropriated agile methods.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed :
- 8+ years of overall experience in the area of software development.
- 5+ years of practical experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach with strong know-how of agile development methodologies for single teams and in scaled contexts.
- Working experience in Project Management practices.
- Scaled Agile (SAFe, Scrum at Scale, LESS) experience

- Shall be a quick learner.
- Shall possess good analytical skills and be an excellent problem solver especially in conflicting situations
- Shall possess good communication skills and be an excellent team player
- Solid communication skills, confident, good negotiation skills and can convince others especially in conflicting situations
- Ability to provide training in structured (classroom) and unstructured environments
- Ability to share knowledge and foster skills on personal and professional growth of others
