Accountabilities
- Lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products, platforms, and intelligent workflow services
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader, guiding architecture decisions, system design, and engineering best practices across teams
- Drive the transition of AI initiatives from experimentation and prototyping into scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions
- Partner closely with product teams to translate complex and ambiguous AI use cases into practical, customer-focused applications
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing distributed engineering team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
- Establish and maintain engineering standards across software design, testing, deployment, and operational excellence
- Define and track key performance indicators related to delivery, system reliability, quality, scalability, and team effectiveness
- Balance rapid innovation with long-term platform stability, maintainability, and technical sustainability
- Support hiring efforts, talent development initiatives, and succession planning for future engineering leaders
- Promote continuous improvement through technical coaching, architectural reviews, and strategic planning initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building distributed systems, enterprise platforms, or large-scale software applications
- 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership, including managing and developing software engineering teams
- Strong expertise in Agentic AI technologies and AI-driven application development
- Solid background in enterprise SaaS application engineering and cloud-based software platforms
- Proven ability to lead architecture discussions and make strategic technical decisions across complex systems
- Experience building scalable backend services, platform products, or infrastructure solutions
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, large language models, or intelligent automation technologies is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success leading globally distributed engineering teams across multiple regions and time zones
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical initiatives to business objectives
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while bringing structure, clarity, and execution discipline
- Proven track record of recruiting, mentoring, and retaining high-performing engineering talent
