Manager Software Engineer

Experience: 8-12 years of overall experience, with significant contributions as a Technical Lead to a development team.

Skills:

• Expertise in programming with modern languages like Java or C#.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React.
• Proficiency in middleware frameworks like Spring Boot, Flask, or Hibernate.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL Server) and familiarity with NoSQL and Graph databases as an advantage.
• Proficiency in development and debugging tools such as Eclipse, NetBeans, Spring Tool Suite, Visual Studio Code, etc.
• Exposure to Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including product backlogs, prioritization, planning, and running development sprints.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day development and delivery of software applications and products.

• Create and manage project plans, sprint plans, and work breakdowns for the development teams.

• Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to plan and execute future product roadmaps.

• Ensure the development team is well-staffed and hire or augment the team as needed.

• Provide technical guidance and development expertise to the team.

• Establish and maintain a software delivery process that meets business needs with high quality outcomes.
