Ltd. develops and markets innovative products and solutions across varied industrial fields such as Analytical Systems, Electron Microscopes & Medical Systems, Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment, Industrial & IT Systems comprising industrial infrastructure, social infrastructure and instruments and control systems, as well as Advanced Industrial Products such as automotive sensor & control devices, industrial materials, electronic components, and functional chemicals.
Position Overview:
Lead development in the areas of Web applications, infrastructure systems, and IoT, and promote the entire software development process from requirements definition to implementation and testing.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Promoting upstream processes such as requirements definition and basic design
Designing, developing, and testing Web applications
Database design and development
Development in Linux / Windows environment
Manage and improve the developer experience of our on-premises servers used for machine learning
Enhance our CI environment, and help team members make use of it
Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve system reliability, performance, and user experience
Skills:
7+ years of experience in the entire software development process, from requirements definition to implementation and testing. Particular emphasis should be placed on extensive experience in upstream design, such as requirements definition.
Ability to design and develop databases.
Understanding and ability to develop with SQL.
3+ years of experience as a development leader (experience managing a team of 3 or more members).
3+ years of experience developing with design documents written in Japanese. Ability to conduct reviews in Japanese.
N2+ level Japanese language.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience
