Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for seeking and collating nominations received for training and examination with 100% accuracy
- Batch creation in Digital journey as per logics defined and enrolment of agents on LMS platform within timelines
- Tracking daily attendance report, assessment scores, analysing and publishing daily report to business
- Ensuring all agents have completed digital training by tracking their journey and enrolling in virtual training based on assessment scores
- Preparing dashboards as per business requirements
- Identify any aberrations related to MIS and incorporate changes if required
- Responsible for all exam related operational activities|-Responsible for trainer allocation as per training calendar
- Tracking of day wise trainer wise training summary
- Maitain the trainer wise training hours & calculate the payout
- Manage day wise/session wise trainer allotement
- Stake holder management
- Payout management|- Check trainer requirement in coming months
- Conduct Certification process for new trainers
- Manage stakeholders
- Submission of monthly trainer observations
- Monthly Pay-out calculation and process
- Conducting trainings
- Conduct monthly trainer calibrations|- Manage Partner LMS platform
- Create users on platform basis training schedule
- Upload digital content on platform
Create learning journeys as per requirement
- Enrolment of agents in specific workflows
- Daily tracking & maintaining the consumption tracking
- Validate reports on regular basis
- Create awareness & run program for agents
- Manage & maintain the rewards points for consumption
- Conduct the monthly health check for LMS platform

- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in L&D - 3 to 4 years
