Position Title: Manager – Site Sales Head

Location: Ahmedabad

Department: Sales & Marketing

Role Summary

The (Site Head) will be responsible for driving and achieving sales targets for the assigned site through strategic sales planning, channel partner management, customer engagement, inventory management, and execution excellence. The role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage on-site sales teams while ensuring superior customer experience and adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial & Business Planning
  • Provide inputs for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) including sales projections, manpower planning, and market competition analysis.
  • Estimate and manage site-level sales and marketing budgets including broker commissions and promotions.
  • Recommend budget allocations to maximize revenue and ROI.
  • Develop launch strategies and site-specific sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
  • Sales Strategy & Operations
  • Drive achievement of site sales targets through structured planning and execution.
  • Assign and monitor individual/team sales targets.
  • Manage and track site inventory effectively.
  • Oversee lead generation, lead management, and conversion processes.
  • Personally, engage with key customers for negotiations and closures.
  • Explore and develop corporate sales opportunities within the region.
  • Ensure smooth sales administration and after-sales coordination.
  • Maintain high standards of site experience aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Channel Partner Management
  • Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners.
  • Communicate company policies, terms, and commission structures clearly.
  • Drive channel business and build strong distribution networks.
  • Monitor performance and productivity of channel partners.
  • Customer & Market Intelligence
  • Conduct market research to assess competition, pricing trends, and demand patterns.
  • Gather customer insights to strengthen product positioning and sales strategy.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on market learnings.
  • Team Leadership & People Management
  • Define goals and KPIs for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Ensure balanced work allocation and productivity.
  • Lead engagement and team-building initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing team members.
  • Process Excellence & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, systems, and timelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
