Manager - Site

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager - Site to oversee and manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities will include project planning, supervision of on-site activities, quality control, coordinating with contractors and clients, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The Manager - Site will also play a key role in resolving any on-site issues and maintaining project documentation.

• Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Experience in supervising construction sites, managing teams, and coordinating with contractors.
• Expertise in quality control, safety standards, and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction and project management, with familiarity in high-rise projects being an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
