We are looking for an experienced Manager – Full Stack Development to lead multiple engineering teams building highly available, distributed systems on AWS and Kubernetes-based platforms.
Must-Have Skills
10–12 years of overall software engineering experience
Strong experience in Python, (Go/Golang good to have)
Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, including EKS
Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes
Strong understanding of Distributed Systems
Experience with CI/CD, IaC & Automation
Experience leading multiple engineering teams
Strong stakeholder and client management experience
Healthcare / US Healthcare experience is a MUST
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development using tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
Key Technology Stack
AWS | EKS | OpenShift | Python | Go | Node.js | Kubernetes | Terraform | CI/CD | IaC | Kafka | SQS/SNS | AI/LLM | RAG | MCP
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide strategic direction across multiple full-stack engineering teams.
- Own the technical vision and roadmap for distributed systems on AWS, EKS and OpenShift.
- Drive engineering standards, architecture, coding practices and quality benchmarks.
- Lead cloud infrastructure, automation, security, resilience and cost optimization initiatives.
- Build and develop high-performing engineering teams and drive hiring and workforce planning.
- Manage senior client stakeholders and provide executive-level technical leadership.
- Own program-level delivery, risk management and escalations.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across the organization.
- Mentor technical leaders and engineers while improving delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
Healthcare Experience
Experience in US Healthcare / Health Insurance / Payer domain is highly preferred and will be given strong consideration. Knowledge of Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider Networks, HIPAA, HL7, FHIR or X12 EDI will be an added advantage.
