As a Dayforce Consulting Manager, you will lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver high-quality implementations, upgrades, and support services for Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful project outcomes, building strong relationships, and driving business value through effective use of Dayforce modules.

What You'll Get To Do

Client Engagement & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end Dayforce implementation and configuration projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Partner with clients to understand business processes, recommend best practices, and align Dayforce capabilities to their operational needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Team Leadership

  • Manage a team of Dayforce consultants, including coaching, performance development, workload allocation, and mentoring.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment within the consulting team.
  • Ensure consultants follow consistent methodologies and quality standards.

Project & Program Management

  • Drive project planning, resource management, scope control, risk and issue management, and budget oversight.
  • Ensure timely delivery of consulting services while maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal leadership.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and maintain consulting methodologies, templates, and tools that support consistent delivery excellence.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and service improvement practices.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • Ability to form great customer relationships
  • Ability to consult customer on business needs
  • Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities accordingly
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Internal/customer workshops and sessions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior functional experience with Dayforce HCM would be an asset
  • Prior consultative experience with employee data integration or HCM software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or any IT related field
  • 5-7 years of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider preferably with a focus on Dayforce core modules (WFM, Payroll and/or Benefits)
  • Excellent English and French, written and spoken is required
  • Analytical thinking is required
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Superior customer support experience
  • Experience working with North American clients and vendors a benefit
