About the Role

Position Title: Manager - Service Strategy & Digital Transformation

Job Location: Pune, Chennai, Delhi, Raipur (CG)

Qualifications

  • Education Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical
  • Experience: 4 8 years

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Customer Engagement
  • Drive business growth for Retrofit, Upgrade & Modernisation of Digital & Automation systems.
  • Conduct customer visitsindependently and with Service Teams/Solution Partnersto explain and promote modernisation solutions.
  • Support Solution Partners in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) for retrofit/upgrade projects.
  • Ensure continuous engagement to increase Topline & Bottomline through digital and connected product offerings.
  • Technical Support & Solution Delivery
  • Provide technical support to Service Centres and Solution Partners for:
  • Product selection
  • Installation
  • Commissioning of Connected Switchgear & Digital Automation products
  • Visit customer sites for handson commissioning support.
  • Enable integration of automation products with EMS/PMS software and connected systems.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of automation and digital solutions across customer locations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to increase visibility and adoption of digital solutions in the assigned market/zone.

Required Skills

  • Handson programming & commissioning experience with: VFDs, Soft Starters, PLCs, HMIs, Servo Systems, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of control logic development (Ladder Logic, FBD, Flowcharts, etc.).
  • Experience in integrating automation products with EMS/PMS and related software platforms.
  • Indepth understanding of industrial communication protocols: Modbus, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, IEC 61850, etc.
  • Strong market knowledge of Digital Solutions, customer base, and industry segment dynamics.
