What You'll Do
The Manager – Service Sales is responsible for driving service revenue growth through AMCs, spare parts, batteries, retrofits, and after‑sales solutions. The role demands strong commercial discipline, technical understanding, customer engagement skills, and the ability to manage billing, collections, and service performance across the region. The ideal candidate is target-driven, analytical, customer-focused, and capable of strengthening Eaton's installed-base profitability.
1. Revenue, Billing & Collection Performance
Achieve monthly targets for order booking, billing, and collections as per the assigned budget.
Maintain strong command over prospecting, order booking, invoicing, and collection processes.
Drive disciplined follow-up to accelerate cash flow and reduce aging.
Bring down the region's DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) through proactive planning and customer engagement.
Assist field teams with pre‑sales technical clarifications and solutioning.
Identify growth opportunities across AMCs, batteries, spares, and digital service offerings.
Track proposals through their lifecycle and drive conversion to order closure.
Ensure contracts meet required GP (Gross Profit) and comply with all statutory and company standards.
Conduct monthly/quarterly service audits at ASP locations to prevent leakage of business.
Maintain updated hierarchy-mapped records of all ASPs and customers.
Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure SLA adherence and continuity of service.
Resolve escalations proactively and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (preferred).
8–10 years of experience in service sales, AMC sales, or aftermarket technical sales roles.
Skills
Strong understanding of UPS, batteries, power systems, and related after‑sales services.
Solid understanding of AR management, billing, and collection cycles.
Technical aptitude in battery sizing, monitoring solutions, and service application engineering.
Proficient in pipeline tracking, CRM usage, and service analytics.
Familiarity with Salesforce is desirable.
Excellent commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, ASPs, and customer escalations.

- Business Planning & Opportunity Mapping
Identify growth opportunities across AMCs, batteries, spares, and digital service offerings.
- Quote Management & Closure Tracking
Track proposals through their lifecycle and drive conversion to order closure.
- AMC Renewal & Contract Management
Ensure contracts meet required GP (Gross Profit) and comply with all statutory and company standards.
- Tender Handling
- Customer & ASP Engagement
