Manager - Service Delivery

Key Deliverables:

• Define and implement India-specific talent and crewing pipeline strategies aligned with global manpower planning
• Drive crew assessment, training quality, and competency enhancements across Dry and Tanker vessels
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor operational outcomes for crewing operations
• Ensure budgetary control over crewing costs, training, and branch overheads

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead employee engagement, training frameworks, and talent development across onshore and offshore teams
• Standardize and oversee daily crewing operations while liaising with global stakeholders
• Use appraisal analytics and local insights to refine crewing quality and retention initiatives
• Mentor direct reports and collaborate with HR to ensure succession planning and capability development
