Role Description

The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role also involves analyzing operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supporting teams in delivering consistent and reliable services. The manager will collaborate with regional teams, technical staff, and leadership to streamline workflows, improve fleet utilization, and ensure service operations meet organizational goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Oversee drone fleet management, including deployment, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and performance tracking.

Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring operational targets and service standards are met.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational guidelines related to drone operations.

Prepare operational reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Aviation, or a related field.

25 years of experience in operations management, fleet management, logistics, or drone operations.

Experience managing multi-region operations or distributed service teams.

Strong understanding of operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization.

Qualified engineer with approved pilot certification approved by DGCA

Understanding the drone services and spare part Management and Training drone operators.
