Responsibilities:
- Drive research and development for new programmes, including identifying and building external partnerships.
- Design, incubate, and operationalize plans and pilot initiatives for new programmes.
- Apply structured methodologies to create innovative, outcome-driven programmes and services for beneficiaries.
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans for new initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects across different lifecycle stages, working in an agile manner under tight timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme development and execution.
- Establish frameworks to measure programme outcomes, impact, and reach.
- Support the development of communications and branding strategies for new programmes.
- Contribute to additional organizational initiatives as required.
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with long-term organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment between departmental priorities and overall business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership and introduce innovative ideas to strengthen the organization's competitive positioning.

Qualification and Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field; alternatively, a postgraduate qualification in a development-related discipline.
- 10–12 years of experience in the social sector.
- Strong understanding of the social sector, with domain expertise in one or more key areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in commissioning and managing projects through third-party partners to achieve defined objectives.
