About Godrej Properties Limited (GPL)

Godrej Properties Limited is a real estate company with its head office in Mumbai, India and is one of the top three developers in Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune. A subsidiary of Godrej Industries Group, the company was established in 1990 under the leadership of Adi Godrej.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct Sales and Customer Management:

  • Drive direct sales for Pune projects by meeting customers, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Engage with potential buyers to ensure a seamless sales process from lead generation to final conversion.
  • Improve the lead-to-conversion ratio through strategic follow-ups and personalized engagement.

2. Lead Management and Analysis:

  • Call and follow up on assigned leads to maximize conversions.
  • Analyze trends in leads, bookings, customer preferences, and market dynamics to inform strategies.

3. Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute various marketing campaigns and events.
  • Support Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as activations and customer engagement initiatives to generate leads.

4. Strategy Development and Reporting:

  • Provide regular analysis and reports on sales performance, including lead quality, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and achieve targets.

Qualifications: MBA in Marketing (preferred)

Experience:

  • Experience: 8+ years in direct sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and analyze leads efficiently.
  • Proficiency in executing and supporting marketing campaigns and events.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
