Purpose of the Job: The position is responsible for assisting the CBO in various analysis and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with the industry regulatory updates
- Conducting competitor and industry analysis by keeping abreast of market trends
- Improve overall cost efficiency of the organization and coordinate with Function Heads for driving cost rationalization activities
- Periodically review of business and providing inputs
- Initiate and drive key projects
- Support President & CBO in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination
- Develop presentations for Senior Management
Role Specific Competencies:
- Analytical bent of mind with a research inclination.
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). MS Office: Strong PPT and Excel skills.
- High on energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders.
- Should be driven and mature enough to support senior level relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Qualification & Work Experience:
- Top Preference - Mutual Fund Industry / AMC Experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in Planning, Strategy, CEO Office / CFO Office / CBO Office roles.
- CA / CFA or MBA from one of the premiere management institutes.
