Designation - Manager / Senior Manager

Department - Quality

Location - Kanpur Or Gorakhpur

Experience - 10+ Years (In Healthcare only)

Job Description:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols

to ensure compliance with established standards

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on products,

services, or processes to identify and address any deviations

from quality standards.

• Conduct audits to verify compliance with quality standards and

regulations.

• Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues

and recommend improvements.

• Have the responsibility to ensure compliance with accreditation

standards by coordinating with respective departments.

• Have the responsibility of conducting regular internal audits with

reference to accreditation standards.

• To review documentation and implementation of Standard

Operating Procedures & Policies as per accreditation standards.

• To take overall quality-related new initiatives and lead them.
• Provide training to the staff regarding the Policies and

Procedures of the Hospital.

• To ensure that all the departments and units collect and analyze

data as per accreditation practices.

• To ensure and coordinate identification, training, and evaluation

of quality representatives/ champions of all the departments by

coordinating with the respective departments.

• To ensure compliance with patient rights, customer satisfaction

process, complaint management, document management, and

infection control practices being followed in the organization.

• To ensure compliance of committee schedules, recording of

minutes, and evaluation of the effectiveness of committee work.
