Manager/Senior Manager - PSM & Training

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to site-wide Process Safety procedures as released by the HSEF department.
• Guide and facilitate plant personnel in implementing effective Process Safety protocols across all operations.
• Monitor and drive compliance to Process Safety Management (PSM) standards.
• Identify and mitigate process-related risks, ensuring they are within acceptable and safe limits.
• Coordinate and support PSM audits, hazard assessments (e.g., HAZOP, LOPA), and risk reviews.
• Lead or support incident investigations related to process safety incidents and near misses.
• Conduct and coordinate training programs on process safety for all relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSEF) to drive safety culture.
• Keep updated with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in process safety.
• Ensure regular reporting and documentation of safety activities, training sessions, and risk mitigation measures.
