Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Project Site

Key Deliverables
Qualification – B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma (Mechanical)
Experience – 10+ years of experience in site execution of conveyor systems/ bulk material handling equipment.
Technical Skills
Understanding of Conveyor systems/Material handling equipment's and associated mechanical components.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, equipment layouts, and installation specifications.
Cost consciousness and resource optimisation.
Behavioural Characteristics
Strong Planning and coordination.
Problem-solving skills.
Excellent Communication skills
Analytical skills

Key Deliverables
- Manage end-to-end site execution, installation, erection, and commissioning activities at client's locations as per project schedule.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and prepare daily progress reports and share weekly progress updates for management and clients including constraints, resource requirements, and execution plans.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, and other erection personnel and allocate work, performance and ensure effective utilisation of manpower.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and erection contractors to achieve planned productivity and quality.
- Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable statutory and client safety requirements.
Qualification – B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma (Mechanical)
