The Role
The NTUC Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in Singapore. It focuses on uplifting lives and strengthening social mobility, particularly in lower-income and vulnerable groups. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Account management of grant recipients, donors, and stakeholders, ensuring accountability and long-term collaboration.
- Support the coordination and preparations for key meetings and events, and staffing support to key representatives. This will include but is not limited to preparing event briefs, media commentaries, talking points, etc.
- Support the implementation of charity and impact campaigns, including internal coordination etc.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 6–7 years of relevant experience in philanthropy, non-profit management, or corporate social responsibility, with strong organisational and time management skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability and experience in developing programmes for foundations
- Possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders, government agencies, and community partners
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools
