Job Description

We are partnering with a fast-growing, global real assets platform to appoint a Manager / Senior Manager in Group Corporate Finance. This role sits at the centre of global capital strategy, offering direct exposure to cross-border fundraising, structured financing, and live transaction execution across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising & Structuring

  • Lead and support global debt fundraising, including corporate facilities, structured debt, and refinancing.
  • Support equity raise processes, including financial analysis, investor materials, and due diligence support.
  • Evaluate and negotiate term sheets while balancing regulatory, tax, and commercial considerations across jurisdictions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, credit funds, and institutional investors globally.

Financial Modelling & Valuation

  • Develop transaction-grade financial models for fundraising, refinancing, and growth initiatives.
  • Deliver robust valuation analysis across real assets (real estate, infrastructure, renewables, digital assets).
  • Perform scenario analysis, covenant stress testing, and capital optimisation exercises.

Strategic & Portfolio Support

  • Provide analytical insights for capital allocation and liquidity planning across platforms.
  • Support investment committee papers, business cases, and strategic expansion initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance group-level corporate financial models.

Transaction Execution & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate cross-border transactions with legal, tax, technical, and financial advisors.
  • Manage lender and investor due diligence processes, data rooms, and execution workstreams.
  • Monitor post-closing obligations, covenant compliance, and refinancing opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • At least 8-12 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, valuation, or capital markets.
  • Strong background in debt fundraising and financial structuring equity exposure is an advantage.
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation capability.
  • Experience in real assets, infrastructure, renewable energy, or real estate is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders globally.
