Manager/Senior Manager - Legal & Compliance

Role Responsibilities:

• Draft and support documentation for fund launches and capital raising
• Negotiate and monitor compliance with side letters
• Participate in entity formation and investor communications
• Research and summarize global exchange and trading regulations

Job Requirements:

• Law degree with 6–8 years of relevant legal experience
• Expertise in fund structures, securities offerings, and corporate transactions
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Preferred: Knowledge of U.S. investment laws (e.g., Advisers Act, Securities Act)
