Role Overview:
We are looking for a high ownership Growth Manager to drive driver acquisition and BaaS program execution. This role will manage driver lead generation campaigns, oversee calling operations, track funnel performance, and execute strategic programs aimed at accelerating driver onboarding and activation. The ideal candidate combines growth marketing, operational rigor, and program management to scale driver acquisition efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Growth Campaigns
Plan and execute driver acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and hyperlocal channels
Manage social media marketing initiatives targeting EV drivers and fleet operators
Coordinate with creative teams or agencies for campaign execution
Optimize campaigns for cost per lead and conversion rates
Test new lead generation channels
2. Lead Funnel Tracking & Analytics
Build and maintain the end-to-end driver acquisition funnel
Track key metrics:
o Leads generated
o Leads contacted
o Qualified leads
o KYC completed
o Activated drivers
Identify drop offs and drive corrective actions
Maintain daily performance dashboards
3. Calling Operations Management
Manage inbound and outbound calling for driver leads
Define daily calling targets and contact SLAs
Track productivity metrics for calling agents
Build scripts and improve conversion messaging
Ensure quick follow ups and lead closure
4. BaaS Program Management
Design and execute growth programs such as:
Driver referral programs
Fleet partnerships
Local activation campaigns
Incentive programs for drivers onboarding
Partnerships with aggregators or driver communities
Track performance of each program and continuously optimize.
5. Cross Functional Coordination
Work with Demand Managers and DFEs for ground conversion
Work with Product / Tech for CRM and funnel automation
Work with BI teams for dashboards and analytics
Coordinate with marketing for creatives and campaign launches

Program performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
3 to 6 years experience in growth, marketing operations, program management, or inside sales ops
Strong analytical and operational mindset
Experience managing lead funnels or acquisition programs
Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or performance marketing
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
High ownership and execution focus
