Role Purpose:
As a Manager Global Medical Information, you will lead and support a team of Medical Information professionals while also contributing individually to the development of scientific content, literature analysis, and customer response strategies. This hybrid role combines leadership with hands-on operational responsibilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and customer-centric medical information globally.

Managerial Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Medical Information Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the development, review, and maintenance of Global Scientific Response Documents (GSRDs) and Local Standard Response Documents (LSRDs).
- Represent the Medical Information function in cross-functional and global product teams, contributing to strategic planning and customer engagement initiatives.
- Drive innovation and process improvements in medical information delivery, content management, and digital platforms.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards, internal SOPs, and pharmacovigilance requirements.
- Lead or contribute to global and regional projects, working groups, and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
- Provide strategic insights and business intelligence through regular reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Individual Operational Responsibilities:
- Author, review, and maintain GSRDs and LSRDs, ensuring scientific accuracy, clarity, and alignment with global standards.
- Conduct high-quality literature searches and critically evaluate scientific data to support medical inquiries and content development.
- Respond to escalated or complex medical inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and balanced communication.
- Maintain and update literature search pools and reference libraries in global platforms.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned products and therapeutic areas, providing guidance to peers and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for internal teams on medical writing, literature evaluation, and inquiry handling.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to identify local requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor customer trends and insights through regular interactions and contribute to therapeutic area strategy via quarterly reports and team meetings.

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences; advanced degree (e.g., M. Pharm, PhD) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Medical Information or Medical Affairs, including 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and scientific communication practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic and operational responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM/CMS platforms, data analytics, and literature search tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
