Role Description

We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager - Farming and Account Growth for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will drive client engagement, account management, and revenue growth by fostering strong client relationships and identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities. The individual will oversee client insights, strategize account-level campaigns, ensure service delivery excellence, and monitor customer satisfaction metrics to drive business outcomes. Collaboration with internal teams for seamless execution of initiatives and proactive problem-solving will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in client onboarding, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving account satisfaction
  • Exceptional skills in business development, cross-selling, and up-selling
  • Strong ability in data analysis, trend spotting, and strategy development for client-specific growth
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges
  • Familiarity with loyalty or reward programs is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is desirable
  • Experience in handling enterprise clients, particularly in banking, finance, or loyalty industries
