Job Description

Position: Manager / Senior Manager

Location: Delhi NCR / Mumbai

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in our Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, account management, and strategic planning within the capital projects and infrastructure domain.

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Associates, overseeing project execution, and driving business development activities.

Responsibilities

Technical Experience

  • Lead and oversee the successful execution of capital projects for clients, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with clients to develop and implement strategic plans such as cost optimization, operating model assessment, go-to-market strategy, business process reengineering, and digitalization strategy for their capital projects, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Develop pre-feasibility and feasibility reports, including a working understanding of financial modeling.
  • Provide thought leadership in capital project management by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs and providing strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in capital projects.
  • Support business development activities for private and government sectors, including:
  • Lead generation
  • Identification of potential clients
  • Managing RFP processes
  • Preparing pitch decks and presentations

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of Senior Associates and Associates, providing guidance for professional development.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and comply with internal risk and quality policies.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive excellence in project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution, along with a postgraduate degree in Construction Management or an MBA from a reputed institute.
  • 10+ years of experience in the Infrastructure or Real Estate sector, including at least 4+ years in Capital Projects Consulting. Experience with Big 4 firms is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
