As Manager / Senior Manager – CPG (Online Channels), you will drive growth for Chai Point's packaged products business across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, D2C, and emerging digital platforms. This role requires a strong operator who understands marketplace dynamics, digital growth levers, and end-to-end operational execution across online channels.
This is an opportunity to build and scale Chai Point's presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other high-growth digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Business Growth
- Drive revenue growth across online CPG channels while maintaining healthy contribution margins.
- Execute CPG channel strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
- Monitor key business metrics including sales, visibility, conversion, and profitability.
2. Marketplace & E-commerce Platforms
Manage end-to-end business operations across marketplaces and e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, JioMart, and other emerging marketplaces.
- Drive platform growth through assortment expansion, visibility, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage account relationships and coordinate joint business plans (JBPs) with platform teams.
- Optimize product listings, ratings, reviews, search visibility, and conversion metrics.
- Execute platform campaigns, sponsored ads, and merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor category trends, competition, and platform performance metrics.
3. Quick Commerce Platforms
Manage and scale Chai Point's business across Q-commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, First club and Other rapid delivery platforms.
- Drive growth through strong assortment planning, availability, and in-app visibility.
- Improve operational execution across dark stores and fulfillment networks.
- Coordinate with platform teams on expansion opportunities, demand planning, and service levels.
- Execute channel-wise promotional plans and visibility campaigns.
- Monitor fill rates, stock availability, and sales performance across cities and stores.
4. D2C & Owned Channels
Support growth across Chai Point's owned digital channels including website and app.
- Drive repeat purchase, subscriptions, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor website/app performance, conversion funnels, and consumer journeys.
- Support digital-first launches, campaigns, and consumer feedback loops.
5. End-to-End Operations & Supply Chain Coordination
Own operational execution across online channels to ensure seamless replenishment and fulfillment.
- Manage replenishment planning and PO fulfillment across all online platforms.
- Coordinate slot booking, appointment scheduling, and dispatch planning with marketplace/Q-commerce partners.
- Work closely with warehouse, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track fill rates, stock-outs, aging inventory, and operational SLAs.
- Ensure smooth execution during high-demand periods, campaigns, and sale events.
- Drive process improvements for inventory turns and operational efficiency.
6. Performance Marketing & Digital Shelf Excellence
- Drive online demand generation through
- Search and keyword optimization
- Sponsored ads and campaign execution
- Conversion optimization
- Product content and digital storytelling
- Ensure strong digital shelf execution including product pages, A+ content, ratings, reviews, and content quality.
7. Pricing, Promotions & Analytics
- Execute pricing and promotional strategies across online channels.
- Track category trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance.
- Analyze channel performance and identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Balance growth with profitability and promotional ROI.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with brand, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to drive business outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external platform partners for execution excellence.
- Mentor and support junior team members where applicable.

Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Brands / Packaged Foods & Beverages / D2C brands
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or D2C channels
- Experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar platforms
- Prior experience handling online operations, replenishment, and platform coordination is preferred
