About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CAPEX Sourcing Manager to lead procurement and sourcing activities for wind turbine manufacturing facilities, factory expansions, and Greenfield projects. The role will be responsible for delivering high-value CAPEX investments, optimizing costs, managing supplier partnerships, and supporting on-time project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sourcing for Greenfield factory setup, plant expansion, and industrialization projects.
• Manage procurement of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, tooling, utilities,
and industrial infrastructure.
• Drive sourcing of blade, nacelle, tower, generator, and assembly line manufacturing
equipment.
• Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Construction, and Project teams.
• Develop supplier strategies, localization plans, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage EPC, construction, utility, and factory infrastructure contracts.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure timely project delivery.
Required Experience
• 10+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Proven experience supporting Greenfield manufacturing projects or factory expansions.
• Experience sourcing industrial equipment, plant infrastructure, automation, and
construction packages.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Experience managing large-scale CAPEX budgets and supplier portfolios.
