Our platform facilitates informed decision-making, participation, and increased awareness of healthcare delivery and management.
Role Description
We are looking for experienced and proactive Business Development professionals to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving growth, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market reach within the healthcare and hospital services sectors in Tamil Nadu and northern part of India
Responsibilities will involve
- Lead Generation & Sales Conversion for our Med-EdTech solution in the hospital industry
- Making presentations and platform demonstrations to key stakeholders to illustrate our platform's benefits
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets
- Creating and managing a sales network that includes external distributors, sales facilitators
- Monitoring sales performance, preparing detailed reports, and providing regular updates to management on sales targets and achievements
- Willingness to travel within and outside Chennai for client meetings, events, and networking opportunities
- On the Field sales work by networking with key stakeholders in a hospital and meeting them
Qualifications
- MBA in Sales & Marketing, Masters in Hospital Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the Pharmaceuticals (Institutional Sales)/Medical Devices/Hospital Technology (EMR/HIS) industry
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Malayalam is a bonus)
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and establishing solid client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as required.
