Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and staffing, with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and results.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment and staffing industry or selling any HR related services.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
