About the Role: We are looking for highly driven, entrepreneurial professionals who can engage directly with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers of established brands to help them scale through franchise and partnership expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential brands, initiating strategic conversations with founders, understanding their expansion goals, and presenting a compelling business case for partnering with us. You will own the complete lifecycle—from outreach and relationship building to commercial discussions and successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with founders, promoters, CEOs, and key decision-makers of emerging and established brands.
- Generate high-quality leads through various platforms like Lusha, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, databases, networking channels, and lead generation tools to build a strong pipeline of prospective brands.
- Research and identify high-potential brands suitable for franchise and partnership expansion.
- Build meaningful relationships and initiate strategic conversations around business expansion.
- Understand each brand's growth objectives and recommend franchise and partnership-led expansion models.
- Present the value proposition, business model, ROI, and long-term benefits of partnering with our organisation.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and objection handling until closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly signed brands.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective brands and consistently drive opportunities toward conversion.
- Represent the organisation with professionalism while interacting with senior business leaders.
- Stay updated on market trends, franchise ecosystems, and competitive offerings to strengthen client conversations.

Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Franchise Expansion, Founder Acquisition, Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, or Consulting.
- Candidates with entrepreneurial experience (founders, co-founders, business owners, or individuals who have built or managed businesses) will be given strong preference.
- Experience interacting with CXOs, founders, or senior decision-makers is highly desirable.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Successfully onboard 2–3 new brands every month.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified brand opportunities.
- Drive high conversion rates from outreach to partnership closure.
- Ensure timely movement of opportunities through every stage of the sales cycle.
