Manager / Senior Executive – Value-Added Packaging Sales

Location: Hosur (with travel as required)

Role Overview:

We are looking to hire a dynamic and technically strong sales professional to drive growth in our value-added flexible packaging segment, including laminates, stand-up pouches, vacuum packaging, and specialty films. This is a strategic role focused on high-margin products and premium customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Development

· Identify and acquire new customers in food processing, export segments, and premium FMCG brands.

· Develop a strong pipeline of high-quality leads.

· Value-Added Product Sales

· Drive sales of laminates, stand-up pouches, vacuum packaging, and specialty structures.

· Sell based on application and value, not just price.

· Customer Engagement

· Understand requirements and coordinate samples, trials, and product development.

· Account Development

· Build long-term relationships and grow customer accounts.

Key Performance Indicators

· Revenue from value-added products

· Average realization (₹/kg)

· New customer acquisition

Desired Candidate Profile

· 3–8 years in flexible packaging / laminates / related industries

· Strong understanding of packaging structures

· B2B sales experience
