Manager, Security Operations APAC

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols across the APAC region.
• Monitor security systems and incident response processes to ensure effective threat mitigation.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving security measures.
• Lead security incident investigations and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide training and resources to staff on security awareness and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies to proactively address vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in security operations or management roles, with a focus on APAC.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance regulations.
• Proven experience in incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
