Job Description
Manager – School & Institutional Partnerships, UniHawk India (Sales, BD, Marketing)
Reports to: Founder & CEO (interim) · Based: Gurugram · Travel: 10–15 days/month
Purpose
Own UniHawk India's B2B revenue. Build and convert a pipeline of schools, coaching institutes and referral partners into enrolled students across A Learning Lab, Premium Admissions, Test Prep and U Global Academy.
Core responsibilities
Institutional partnerships (primary)
Build and own a named target list of schools across Delhi NCR, Tier-1 and priority Tier-2 cities
Secure meetings with principals, directors, heads of counselling and trustees
Deliver on-campus sessions, workshops and parent seminars that convert to enrolments
Negotiate and sign partnership agreements for A Learning Lab boot camps and on-campus test prep
Own the relationship post-signature — activation, delivery coordination with Hemul and Richa, renewal
Referral network (secondary)
Recruit and onboard individual counsellors, teachers and small coaching institutes as referral partners
Run partner training so referrals arrive qualified, not just forwarded
Manage commission structures and payout discipline with Accounts
Demand generation
Plan and run webinars, information sessions and school-facing events
Build the presentation and collateral library for institutional audiences
Feed qualified institutional leads into the pre-sales team with proper handover
What success looks like
Revenue from institutional and referral channels, against quarterly target
Number of activated schools — defined as at least one delivered session or enrolled student, not a signed MOU
Referral partners recruited and producing
Meetings held with decision-makers (leading indicator)
Lead-to-enrolment conversion on channel-sourced leads
Profile
5–8 years in B2B sales, ideally study-abroad, ed-tech, school services, publishing or assessment
Demonstrable record of selling into schools — ask for named institutions and the deal sizes
Confident presenting to a room of 100 parents and to a principal one-on-one
English and Hindi; a third regional language is an advantage
Own vehicle, willing to travel
