Responsibilities
- Design and manage security & access controls across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, including SAP solution suites and associated applications such as Blackline, NetZero, Propel PLM, among others.
- Accountable for ERP security delivery—collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and delivering solutions that align with business goals while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Lead internal and external audit compliance initiatives across ERP applications.
- Build and mentor a high-performance SAP security team within Zoetis ICC to consistently deliver secure, robust, and compliant solutions.
- Lead global project delivery from offshore within budget and timelines, maintaining day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams.
- Identify automation and technology enhancement opportunities; prioritize development initiatives and partner with relevant tech teams for execution.
- Monitor performance and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure business objectives are met.

Organizational Relationships
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather security requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with implementation partners responsible for security deployment and support within the SAP ecosystem.
- Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate data.
- Participate in global implementations and manage cross-time zone teams.
- Conduct business role design based on processes and convert them into technical roles and user mapping.
- Oversee routine security audits, vulnerability scans, and compliance verifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP security features, compliance regulations, and industry trends.
Education and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Certification:
- SAP Technology Certificate or equivalent is desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years in SAP Security roles (consultant, project lead, etc.).
- Experience with at least 1–2 SAP security implementation/support projects.
- Solid understanding of segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP role/profile/user management.
Technical Skills Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP security across ECC, S/4HANA, BI, Fiori, GTS, APO, IBP, SOLMAN, and HANA DB.
- Experience in job-based and task-based role design.
- Hands-on role design experience and transaction-level access configurations.
- Expertise in SAP user, role, and profile administration.
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control.
- Familiarity with user access testing, role testing, and risk remediation across modules.
- Strong knowledge of audit and regulatory compliance within SAP environments.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts and hybrid work models.
Physical Position Requirements
- Regular working hours: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST (ICC Second Shift).
- Additional overlap with EST time zone required during production go-lives.
- Occasional weekend support may be necessary depending on business needs.
