Responsibilities
SAP Project Managers oversee the development and implementation of SAP (Systems, Applications and Products) software solutions.
The duties and responsibilities of a SAP Project Manager may include:
- Planning and designing the scope of the project, including establishing timelines, determining resources needed, and setting milestones
- Leading the project team and coordinating with other departments and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Managing risk, including the development of contingency plans
- Overseeing the implementation of SAP software and systems
- Ensuring that all SAP solutions are optimized for the client's business processes
- Maintaining communication with stakeholders and reporting on project status
- Resolving any SAP-related issues that arise during the project
- Providing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and maintenance

- Graduation (BCOM, BE / BTech, Similar education related to IT) / Post Graduation (MBA /PGDM / MCA / MTech)
- ICWA/CA Final as a qualification is preferred
- Problem solving skills, pro-active, creativity and can-do attitude
- Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and critical thinking skills
- Quality decision making
- Good Communication skils
- Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user support management
- SAP Certification preferred
