Manager - SAP

Job Summary:

The SAP Manager is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of SAP systems across Hetero and its subsidiaries. This includes implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP solutions to ensure business alignment and operational efficiency. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing SAP projects, supervising support operations, and driving continuous system improvements in line with global best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of SAP implementation projects—from planning to go-live and support.
• Collaborate with business units to gather functional requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Ensure successful integration of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, RISE) with other business systems and processes.
• Lead and mentor the SAP support team, providing guidance on issue resolution and system optimization.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, deliverables, and resources.
• Identify project risks and create mitigation plans to avoid potential disruptions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.
• Maintain system compliance with industry regulations and internal IT standards.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP advancements, including RISE, HANA upgrades, and SAP BTP.
• Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocations effectively.
