Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy process automations using SAP Build Process Automation (BPA) and SAP BTP
- Develop, optimize, and maintain workflows, RPA bots, forms, decision tables, and business rules for end-to-end process automation
- Collaborate with business process owners to capture requirements and translate them into automation solutions
- Integrate automations with SAP and non-SAP systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.) using connectors, APIs, and event-driven patterns
- Participate in proof-of-concept, testing phases, UAT support, and production rollouts
- Ensure robust documentation of process flows, automation logic, and integration touchpoints
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve automations for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Apply best practices for scalable, secure, and resilient automation architecture
- Leverage generative AI features to accelerate form creation and workflow design (as available)
- Stay updated on SAP Build product roadmap, new releases, and automation trends
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with AI-enabled automation and low-code/no-code platforms
- Exposure to SAP BTP services, cloud connectors, and event mesh
- Knowledge of automation governance, compliance, and documentation standards
