Job Description
The Manager - SAP-Integration BTP - CAPM NodeJS, HANA Cloud will play a crucial role in driving the company's technology initiatives. They will be responsible for leading a team of experts, managing complex projects, and ensuring successful implementation of SAP BTP, CAPM, NodeJS, and HANA Cloud solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of Public Cloud technologies and the ability to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP-Integration professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee and coordinate Public Cloud implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, resources, and timelines.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP, CAPM, NodeJS, and HANA Cloud technologies and best practices.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance project delivery.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP-Integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP-Integration, with a focus on SAP BTP, CAPM, NodeJS, and HANA Cloud.
- Proven track record of leading and managing successful SAP-Integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Public Cloud technologies and implementation strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in mentoring and developing a team of professionals.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP, CAPM, NodeJS, and HANA Cloud technologies is a must.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
