We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Manager with operational experience to lead the implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The role requires a strong technical background, project management expertise, and the ability to drive operational efficiency across Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and monitor progress.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams on Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage performance of Salesforce vendors and third-party partners.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency within Salesforce projects.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct code reviews, and oversee testing activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Facilitate change management to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of Salesforce implementation and delivery experience, including at least 5 years in managerial or leadership roles.
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.
- Proven experience in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
- Operational experience overseeing Salesforce processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Technical Architect.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
