Manager Salesforce QA

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead Salesforce QA strategy, test planning, and execution across all modules
2. Manage QA team members and allocate resources effectively to projects
3. Collaborate with development teams for defect resolution and quality releases
4. Ensure continuous improvement of test automation and regression frameworks

Key Deliverables:

1. Deliver high-quality Salesforce releases by managing end-to-end testing
2. Maintain traceable test cases, defect logs, and test reports aligned with SDLC
3. Ensure adherence to compliance and security standards in testing
4. Identify training needs and enhance team capabilities through mentorship
