We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to drive the adoption of AR/VR and immersive learning solutions among engineering colleges, universities, medical colleges, and government training institutes in India. The role will focus on promoting platforms such as Unity and VR-based training solutions through institutional sales and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of AR/VR software, hardware, and immersive learning solutions.
- Engage with principals, deans, HODs, skill lab heads, and government officials.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations at institutions.
- Build and manage relationships with engineering and medical colleges.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders, and maintain the CRM pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for project execution.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of B2B / institutional sales experience (EdTech/technology preferred).
- Experience working with engineering colleges, universities, or government institutes.
- Basic understanding of AR/VR/XR technologies and immersive learning platforms such as Unity.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across India for field sales.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology.
- MBA preferred.
