Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to drive the adoption of AR/VR and immersive learning solutions among engineering colleges, universities, medical colleges, and government training institutes in India. The role will focus on promoting platforms such as Unity and VR-based training solutions through institutional sales and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of AR/VR software, hardware, and immersive learning solutions.
  • Engage with principals, deans, HODs, skill lab heads, and government officials.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations at institutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with engineering and medical colleges.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders, and maintain the CRM pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for project execution.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of B2B / institutional sales experience (EdTech/technology preferred).
  • Experience working with engineering colleges, universities, or government institutes.
  • Basic understanding of AR/VR/XR technologies and immersive learning platforms such as Unity.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India for field sales.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology.
  • MBA preferred.
