Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur for a Manager, Sales. The Manager, Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, managing client relationships, and overseeing sales operations. This role will require identifying potential business opportunities, preparing business plans, conducting market analysis, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and timely communication.

• Ability to work independently and lead a team to meet organizational objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CRM software and business analytics tools is a plus.
