Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of pharmaceutical machinery and equipment
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the pharmaceutical segment
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to deal closure and after-sales support
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in the pharma industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across India
  • Work closely with application, technical, and service teams to offer customized solutions to clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Ensure timely submission of sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
