In this role, you will Lead the Sales Order Management function to ensure seamless revenue realization, operational excellence, and superior customer experience. Drive process reliability and enable strategic growth through robust governance and automation.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Sales Order operations across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor and improve fulfilment KPIs such as OTIF, Fill Rate, and Billing Cycle for revenue assurance.
Collaborate with Sales & Finance to enforce discount governance and pricing compliance.
Champion automation and workflow optimization for pricing approvals, credit holds, and order checks.
Ensure audit and regulatory compliance for pricing controls and order approvals.
Resolve high-value customer escalations with speed and professionalism.
Build future-ready capabilities through team development and skill enhancement.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
MBA strongly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in SAP SD and/or Oracle OM (pricing, rebates, promotions).
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of Sales Operations and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.

Demonstrated leadership presence with strategic vision.
