What will you create and do
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented
Senior Manager / Manager – Sales (New Business) to drive outbound revenue growth across the
US markets for Conversive (SMS Magic).
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new customers through strategic outbound prospecting and consultative selling. You will work closely with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to build a strong pipeline, manage opportunities, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, understands complex sales cycles, and has a proven track record of generating new business through outbound sales motions.

Essential
- Strong outbound sales experience in SaaS, CPaaS, CRM, Customer Engagement, or Enterprise Software solutions
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities
- Experience selling to US markets
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
- Ability to understand customer business processes and identify business challenges
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and customer data
Desired Skills
- Experience selling Salesforce, CRM, Customer Experience, Messaging, or AI-powered solutions
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools and modern sales engagement platforms

Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and account-based selling
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with assigned revenue targets
- Drive customer acquisition across the US markets
- Identify decision-makers and engage stakeholders across multiple levels within target accounts
Consultative Selling
- Understand customer sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes
- Position Conversive (SMS Magic) solutions based on customer challenges and business outcomes
- Conduct discovery calls, solution demonstrations, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Manage customer objections and drive opportunities toward closure
Pipeline & Forecast Management
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and opportunity updates within CRM
- Deliver reliable monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
- Ensure disciplined sales execution and opportunity progression
- Track key performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with SDRs and Marketing teams to maximize lead generation efforts
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and long-term success
- Share customer feedback and market intelligence with internal stakeholders
Market Intelligence & Sales Excellence
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
- Contribute to sales playbooks, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives
- Leverage data and customer insights to optimize sales strategies and account penetration
