Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Sales & Marketing at the Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata & Hyderabad location. The role involves planning and executing strategic sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, fostering client satisfaction, and managing sales operations. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven Analytical Skills and experience in Business Planning to develop marketing strategies and forecast sales trends.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and nurturing client relationships and providing effective support.
  • Knowledge of Sales Operations and a track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic and professional environment.
